Campaign Story
As many of you already heard, jockey Anthony Deau has died as a result of injuries sustained in a fall at Mons in Belgium on Sunday 8 October 2017.
Anthony was born in 1970 in France. He was a well-known figure in racing, and had been based in France, Belgium and Holland, while spending his winters in Kuwait.
The overwhelming number of loving messages show us that Anthony was, not only a great jockey and horseman, but a very amiable person. Always friendly, professional, with a good sense of humor.
The racing world cries and is in shock by his death. Family man Anthony Deau leaves a wife and 2 daughters. Everybody’s thoughts are with his kind family. Hopefully our love gives them a lot of strength in this extremely difficult period.
No money in the whole world can compensate Anthony’s death. Trough the crowdfunding we hope that the racing community and racing fans are able to help secure the future for his beloved wife and children. We would like to thank everyone out of the depth of our heart for all your kind support and donations.
